Ages 11-111

Classic Fitness Classes

Glute/Booty Building

A class designed to target and tone the glute/hamstring area with the use of resistance bands.

Circuit (HIIT)

 30 minutes of high intensity timed circuit training guarenteed to  get your heart racing.    

Boot Camp

High intensity functional strength training attacking all small and large muscle groups, as well as benefiting your mental health.    

Kettlebell

25-30 minutes of kettlebell strength training.   

Intense Cardio

30 minutes of nonstop movement guarenteed to elevate your heart rate and build stamina.

Step-Up Cardio Strength

30 minute cardio based workout utilizing the step boad while incorroprating functional strength training    

Stretch and Mobility

30 minutes of dynamic and static stretching designed to free up your muscles and get you moving again. 

Sports Stretching

30 minutes of stretching to decrease risk of injury and increase range of motion in athletes.

Trampoline Fitness

Fun and enjoyable class designed to increase cardiovascular strength and relieve stress and tension.  

1 on 1 Personal Training

35-45 minutes each day attacking various muscle groups, designed specifically to meet the client's goals.    

HIIT Self-Defense Training

A class that teaches basic self-defense principles while increasing cardiovasular strength, all while having fun!     

Speed and Agility

A class geared toward athletes to help improve speed, footwork, & hand-eye coordination while simultanously improving the athlete's mobility

Yoga

Yoga is about flow style to maintain and improve movement, it's about connecting your breath to traditional yoga poses. 

Boxing

Boxing is designed for the beginner. The athlete wanting to learn a new skill set, or for the intermediate, wanting to refine technique. This fast paced class incorporates bag work, instructor one on one and agility drills to fire you up and allow you to be quick on your feet. 

Kick Boxing

Kick Boxing is a class that incorporates high-energy martial arts-inspired movements into a workout. Punch and kick the bag your way to fitness. No experience needed. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door.​ 

Core

Core emphasizes work to improve strength and flexibility, in not only your abs, but back and hips too. This is a floor focused workout.

Strength Pump

Strength Pump is a weight training class using light to moderate weights with lots of  repetition. Strength Pump gives you a total body workout.

Conditioning

A unique full body workout that is different every time you take it. A combination of weights and cardio that is guaranteed to burn fat, increase stamina and build lean muscle mass.​​ 


Kids Classes

Fitness for Kids

Functional Strength (Age 5-11)

Providing a basis, and teaching the fundamentals of functional strength movements with the use of body weight and resistance to promote overall strength.

Speed and Agility (Age 5-11)

A class geared toward athletes to help improve speed, footwork, & hand-eye coordination while simultanously improving the athlete's mobility.

Mental Confidence Booster (Age 5-11)

Over our years of training, we have learned that many kids lack the confidence to believe in themselves. This class specifically teaches kids how to improve their confidence as well as their self-esteem through the use of physical training.      

Toddlers (Age 2-5)

We are offering this class to provide child and parents with the opportunity to bond through the teachings of basic movements such as running, jumping jacks, toddler pushups, front rolls, kartwheels, all while helping them strengthen their core and building a foundation for your toddler.


Indoor Cycling

Cycle Express- 30 min class you can experience hill climbs, sprints and banking
Power Hour- Develop your stamina and endurance in this ryde, a full hour of power.
Cycle Circuit- 30 min on the bike and 30 min weight training
Joy Ryde- Designed as a less intense ryde, but still experiencing the benefits of activating your cardiovascular. 


Dance Fitness

 Dance Cypher is a one of a kind dance fitness experience. All beginners welcome to  learn to move street style, incorporating hip hop and urban dance moves. One of our CORE values at Jolt Dance Fitness is to UNITE a DIVERSE community of people of all different ages, sizes, shapes, &  ethnic back-grounds to share a common passion for URBAN DANCE, HEALTH,  FITNESS, and SWAGGERRRR!

Sliver Sneakers Stability and Mobility Class

Designed to break down and strengthen basic, everyday functional movements.  


DAWG POUND

Elite Training

The dawg pound is designed for the elite athlete/big dawg. The dawg pound atmosphere is intense, next-level, and exclusive. The dawg pound is not for the faint of heart, you have to earn their way in, and keep your way in. This room is EXTREMELY DIFFERENT, because WE JUST DIFFERENT!!! It takes a lot to be different, EVERYDAY. These workouts are designed to push you to the next level mentally, physically, and spiritually.
