Core emphasizes work to improve strength and flexibility, in not only your abs, but back and hips too. This is a floor focused workout.
A unique full body workout that is different every time you take it. A combination of weights and cardio that is guaranteed to burn fat, increase stamina and build lean muscle mass.
Fitness for Kids
Providing a basis, and teaching the fundamentals of functional strength movements with the use of body weight and resistance to promote overall strength.

Over our years of training, we have learned that many kids lack the confidence to believe in themselves. This class specifically teaches kids how to improve their confidence as well as their self-esteem through the use of physical training.
We are offering this class to provide child and parents with the opportunity to bond through the teachings of basic movements such as running, jumping jacks, toddler pushups, front rolls, kartwheels, all while helping them strengthen their core and building a foundation for your toddler.
Cycle Express- 30 min class you can experience hill climbs, sprints and banking
Power Hour- Develop your stamina and endurance in this ryde, a full hour of power.
Cycle Circuit- 30 min on the bike and 30 min weight training
Joy Ryde- Designed as a less intense ryde, but still experiencing the benefits of activating your cardiovascular.

Designed to break down and strengthen basic, everyday functional movements.
The dawg pound is designed for the elite athlete/big dawg. The dawg pound atmosphere is intense, next-level, and exclusive. The dawg pound is not for the faint of heart, you have to earn their way in, and keep your way in. This room is EXTREMELY DIFFERENT, because WE JUST DIFFERENT!!! It takes a lot to be different, EVERYDAY. These workouts are designed to push you to the next level mentally, physically, and spiritually.
